Psychosocial evaluations can play an important role in many immigration proceedings. At Sandy Kilada Counseling & Coaching, LLC, we provide comprehensive, culturally-sensitive immigration evaluations for the following case types:

What to Expect

Each evaluation is conducted with care, professionalism, and respect for your unique story. The process includes:

  • A clinical interview followed by standardized assessment measures to evaluate current emotional and psychological functioning.

  • Integration of assessment results with the clinical interview narrative.

  • Preparation of a detailed, objective psychosocial report.

  • Confidential submission of the draft report to the attorney for review.

  • Finalization and delivery of the completed report to the attorney handling your case.

I work closely with attorneys and their clients to ensure that each evaluation is thorough, efficient, and clearly documented. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I am fluent in Arabic and provide evaluations in Arabic when preferred. Professional interpreters are also used as needed to support clients in additional languages and ensure accurate communication throughout the evaluation process.

Fees

Immigration evaluation fees range from $950 to $1,500, depending on case complexity and timeline. Flexible scheduling and payment plan options are available.

Qué Puede Esperar

Cada evaluación se realiza con profesionalismo, respeto y sensibilidad hacia su historia personal. El proceso incluye:

  • Una entrevista clínica seguida de instrumentos de evaluación estandarizados para medir el funcionamiento emocional y psicológico actual.

  • Integración de los resultados de las evaluaciones con la información obtenida en la entrevista clínica.

  • Preparación de un informe psicosocial claro, objetivo y detallado.

  • Envío confidencial del borrador del informe al abogado para su revisión.

  • Entrega del informe final al abogado encargado de su caso.

Trabajo de manera cercana con abogados y sus clientes para garantizar un proceso de evaluación completo, eficiente y respetuoso. Mi enfoque es compasivo, colaborativo y culturalmente sensible. Soy hablante nativa de árabe y puedo realizar evaluaciones en árabe cuando el cliente lo prefiere. Para otros idiomas, se utilizan intérpretes profesionales para garantizar una comunicación clara y precisa durante todo el proceso.

Honorarios

Los honorarios para una evaluación migratoria varían entre $950 y $1,500, según la complejidad del caso y el tiempo requerido para su entrega. Ofrecemos planes de pago y horarios flexibles.

  • إعداد تقرير نفسي اجتماعي موضوعي ومفصل.

  • إرسال مسودة التقرير بشكل سري إلى المحامي للمراجعة.

  • تسليم التقرير النهائي إلى المحامي المسؤول عن القضية.

أعمل بشكل وثيق مع المحامين وعملائهم لضمان عملية تقييم دقيقة وفعّالة وواضحة. أسلوبي مهني، تعاوني، وحساس ثقافيًا. أنا متحدثة أصلية للغة العربية، وأقدم التقييمات باللغة العربية عند تفضيل العميل. كما يتم الاستعانة بمترجمين محترفين عند الحاجة لدعم العملاء بلغات أخرى وضمان تواصل دقيق وواضح طوال عملية التقييم.

الرسوم

تتراوح رسوم التقييمات الخاصة بقضايا الهجرة بين 950 و1500 دولار أمريكي، وذلك حسب درجة تعقيد القضية والوقت المطلوب لإنجاز التقرير. تتوفر خطط دفع مرنة ومواعيد مرنة.
